Classical concert pianist Adam Gyorgy at the Wheeler Opera House March 2nd, 2013

Adam Gyorgy, a Steinway Artist, generously donated his time (even paid his own airfare) to give a wonderful concert that was enjoyed by all, young and old. Adam regularly performs at the world’s most prestigious concert halls such as New York City’s Carnegie Hall and Singapore’s Esplanade Concert Hall

The evening started with wine donated by Royal Tokaji and delcious hors d'oeuvres by Pyramid Bistro while guests shopped at the silent auction which included afternoon tea at the House of Lords with Patron Lord Evans, Euan for Doggerel print, Catherine for the photo, The Big Wrap, Roots, Studio Core, Harmony Scott, Stapletons, Honeybee Juice

The evening ended at  Justice Snows who generously donated bubbly and organic Belgian chocolates donated once again, by Pyramid Bistro

Black Tie Dinner at the HOUSE OF LORDS NOVEMBER 9TH, 2012

The Lord Evans of Watford and Patron of VITAL, kindly hosted this occasion with Baroness Patricia Scotland as Guest Speaker.

With Guest Performance by Hungarian classical pianist, Adam Gyorgy. Played 5 times at Carnegie Hall. A truly memorable evening will be enjoyed by all. 

The Steinway concert piano chosen and hired by VITAL for this performance is supplied and maintained by Steinway & Sons, London

Christies auctioneer Nicholas Martineau once again, lead the auction which included a private tour of Churchill War Rooms for up to 6 people offering an unparalleled opportunity to walk back in history. Included privileged access to where Winston Churchill, his War Cabinet and Chiefs of Staff met and worked during the Second World War.

Michelin two starred restaurant Noma in Copenhagen,ranked as Best Restaurant in the World for the last 3 years, donated a dinner for 4 people with wine and champagne

Quintessentially Foundation donated a Dedicated membership valued at £2000 

Midweek one night stay for 2 people in the Grand Suite at 5 star Lucknam Park Country Hotel & Spa

including dinner in their Michelin 1 star restaurant.

Jonathon Root well know English portrait photographer, once again donated a photoshoot to our auction which sold for £1000 at our last event. His subjects include Philippe Starck, David Hockney & Marc Newson whilst his portraits are part of The National Portrait Gallery Photographs Collection.

One night for 2 people in a suite at the Wood Norton Hotel inlcudes afternoon tea, dinner and breakfast.

Salsa night

At the CUBANA Bar & Restaurant on 48 Lower Marsh, London SE1 7RG on June 6th, 2009 at 7pm. Thank you to Jehan Yehia for organising the successful event.

 

Highgrove

His Royal Highness, The Prince of Wales, agreed for VITAL to tour the Gardens at Highgrove, his family home in Tetbury, Gloucestershire. Currently there is a two year waiting list for organisations to visit Highgrove: Two outings on May 28th, 2009 and Sept 17th, 2009 were enjoyed on the day. Thank you to Debbie Dale & Gloria Proops.

Bombay Bicycle donation

The Bombay Bicycle Club Restaurants located in Holland Park, Hampsted & Balham, London donated £1 on all main dishes ordered to VITAL on September 21st, 2009, a day declared by the United Nations General Assembly as the International Day of Peace. A day devoted to commemorating & strengthening the ideals of Peace both within & among all nations & peoples. This is an opportunity to spotlight the crucial relationship between Peace & Child Rights which are increasingly recognised as inseparable.
