The Trustees oversee and monitor the administration, growth, and projects of VITAL.
They also investigate new projects and are responsible for support, development, and new relationships of the organisation. None of the Trustees are compensated for, nor benefit financially from their involvement in VITAL or any of its projects. The Trustees choose VITAL′s projects based on merit, cause and need while monitorng them regularly for progress and satisfactory completion. They ensure that all of the money raised goes into the undertaken projects. To this end VITAL works with credible, well-known non-profit organisations that have a proven track record and support the causes that align with the objectives of VITAL. Such organisations include: Child Rights and You (CRY), Child In Need Institute (CINI Asha) and the Hope Kolkata Foundation.
| Yvonne Neuman Born in Jakarta, Indonesia, Yvonne received her BPharm from The Victoria College of Pharmacy, Victoria, Australia. Many years later Yvonne received her ITEC Diploma in Anatomy, Physiology & Body Massage; ITEC Certificate in Sports Massage; RSA/Cambridge Certificate in CELTA (Certificate in English Langge Teaching to Adults) / TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language). Having spent the last two decades devoted to her husband and her two sons, Yvonne has now focused her efforts towards helping children worldwide and the development of VITAL. Yvonne's interest in sports has led her to raise $8000 in the World Swim Against Malaria, and at the London triathlon raising thousands of dollars for children suffering from poverty around the world. | Jessica Bass Jessica spent her childhood in the village of Westoning, Bedfordshire in England before studying Media at Barnfield College. She moved to the City of London to work on various Film and TV projects. After moving to the City Jessica became concerned with helping others and undertook support roles at the Department of Health, Royal College of Surgeons of England and then Marie Curie Cancer Care. She fed her passion for motorcycles by studying Motorcycle Engineering at Waltham Forest College and now works at Rider Support Solicitors assisting the innocent victims of motorcycle and bicycle accidents. She is also studying Law at the Open University and College of Law in London as a part time student and spends 1 day per week volunteering as a legal advisor with drugs and human rights charity Release. Jessica particularly enjoys the sporting fundraisers and is a regular at marathon and triathlon races, raising funds for Vital. |
![]() | Mithra Neuman Born in New York City, USA, Mithra was educated in New Jersey and received his BA in Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University and an MBA in Economics, from Georgetown University, Washington, USA. Having lived and studied with yoga master Swami Satchidanada, he began teaching yoga in New York City and then went into the natural food business. He moved to England with his wife and son to study with John Makepeace at Parnham House School for Master Craftsmen in Woodworking. Upon finishing this 2 year intensive program, he began historical building restoration work and founded Westrock Limited based in the UK. More recently over the last three years, with his reduced involvement in Westrock, Mithra has dedicated his time to black and white photography. |

Gloria Proops Educated in London at the Lycee Francais de Londres & always involved in voluntary work since a teenager, Gloria joined the Soroptimist International & became heavily involved with Human Rights and the Status of Women, representing S.I. at International Conventions as well as Press Officer for the Federation of Great Britain and Ireland.

After working for Falcon Funding and the Falcone Group, a real estate private equity firm and integrated real estate company in Boca Raton Florida, Aravinda recently joined Westrock Limited, a real estate company based in the UK. ![]() | Arjuna Neuman Born in Yeovil, England, Arjuna was educated at Winchester College, Winchester, UK and received his BA in English with an emphasis on creative writing from the University of California Davis, USA. Arjuna completed a year at University of the Arts London, Central St. Martins College and his Masters degree in Fine Art at the California Institute of the Arts-Valencia. Arjuna previously worked as a fundraiser for ActionAid and directed a fundraising event for ChildLine. Arjuna occasionally works freelance by taking photographs. Arjuna has held several solo and group exhibitions in Sydney, Los Angeles, Toronto & Lausanne as well as having his own poems published. See some of his photos and poems |
| Board of Associates ITALY Anna Dossi Born in Monza-Italy in 1972, Anna has always developed a sense of freedom, creativity, spirit of adventure that has grown in harmony with an irreproachable work and study career. With a degree in Business Administration at Bocconi, Anna worked in some primary Marketing & Advertising companies in Milan, before deciding to leave for Australia to explore another part of the world and get new inspiration. She started her own business in Hi-tech (multimedia, 3D, videoconferencing). Mother of darling Emma (18 months old) & with the encouragement from husband Luigi, Anna is committed to helping children less fortunate than her own.

| Allegra Viganotti Born in Turin, Allegra has a degree in Business Administration at Catholic University of Milan. Married to Federico and mother of Gherardo, she descends from a family of entrepreneurs in various fields including international tour operator which has led her to travel since she was young. Starting her own company organizing academic Tours for renown cultural associations in Italy. During a pilgrimage to Kumbamela in India she became aware of the possibility to make the world a better place for the children less fortunate than her own 4 year old Gherardo. With encouragement & support from husband Federico, VITAL ITALY was born.

| Federica Gironi Born in Monza, Italy, Federica took her degree in Philosophy at Milan Catholic University. Besides her career –which started in global public relations and communications firms, she came to the present executive position in an healthcare company & has cultivated some personal passions. She loves hiking in the mountains, travelling and meeting other cultures from an anthropological and spiritual point of view. She practices Yoga and meditation. In this continuous interior soul searching, she naturally encountered the Indian Culture and, within this, the need for helping, together with her girl-friends, Indian Children. |
